WE OFFER FLIGHT ATTENDANTS HANDS-ON PREPARATION FOR WORK IN A NEW ENVIRONMENT
Specialized Training Courses for Different Aircraft Types.
Even for flight attendants who have completed their training, working in a new aircraft model comes with a few adjustments. You have to consider new roles, processes, and working areas, as well as the operation of, for example, a new oven or an unfamiliar telephone system.
Our Conversion Training prepares your cabin personnel for the type-specific characteristics of new aircraft.
The five-day course generally includes Safety and Emergency Operator Conversion Training, which focuses more on the safety-related aspects of the different aircraft types.
OBJECTIVE
The flight attendants learn type-specific service procedures as well as how to operate the safety equipment on board.
PROCEDURE
First, the characteristics of the new aircraft type are worked through in theory. The flight attendants then get a realistic overview of their working positions in the corresponding service mock-up. Here, they will also learn the type-specific tasks of the various flight phases under realistic conditions.

Flight attendants who have completed their training and need to prepare for work in a new aircraft type.
